Forró Sem Palavras
Forró Sem Palavras, translating to "Wordless Forró," is a unique musical project created and directed by Latin Grammy-nominated composer Rafael Piccolotto de Lima. Established in 2018, the initiative reimagines traditional Brazilian forró music by arranging it for chamber orchestras, blending classical and jazz elements to create a rich, instrumental experience.
The ensemble performs both original compositions and innovative arrangements of forró classics, offering audiences a fresh perspective on this northeastern Brazilian genre. Designed to engage listeners and dancers alike, Forró Sem Palavras has been featured in various cities across the Americas, including New York, Montreal, Toronto, Campinas, and Rio Claro.
By integrating diverse musical influences, the project aims to expand the cultural reach of forró, presenting it within an orchestral framework that appeals to a broad audience. How do I make a reservation?
Unless specified otherwise, tables are first come first serve

Unless specified otherwise all shows are 21+
Do you have a minimum to be seated at tables?
There is a $20 per person to be seated at tables.
Are DROM tickets refundable after purchase?
No, DROM tickets are non-refundable and there are no exceptions. All sales are final. We won’t return or exchange the tickets. If an event is canceled, We will refund the purchase price or will issue a credit for use on a future purchase. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be compensated. All tickets are at will call. Please come to the door with the confirmation email that you received.
Are you handicapped accessible?
Yes, we do have an elevator for the main entrance. Please note there are 2 steps leading up to the elevated VIP area if you will be seated there.
