Tickets

DROM tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Tickets are held at will call — bring your confirmation email to the door.

If an event is cancelled, we refund the purchase price or issue a credit for a future purchase. Postponed or rescheduled events are not compensated.

We may refuse entry without valid ID for 21+ shows, or to anyone whose behaviour puts others at risk.

Shows may be photographed or filmed. By attending you agree to appear in that footage.
