CEG & HearFirst Present: The Vindys, Silver Tooth Cactus and The Barons
The Vindys, Silver Tooth Cactus and The Barons join together for an unforgettable night of alternative and rock 'n' roll music at DROM on Thursday, June 26!
THE VINDYS:
The Vindys deliver ripping guitars, a driving horn section, and powerhouse vocals led by front woman Jackie Popovec with a soulful style. Their sophomore album Bugs blends rock, blues, and vintage pop for a dynamic listening experience that will make you curious to whether their music best suits a jazzy supper club or rock and roll arena. The band was direct support for Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo on their 2024 US Summer Tour, and they also opened for Marcus King last spring at Capitol Theatre.

Silver Tooth Cactus is an eclectic and hard hitting rock and roll band that came together over quarantine to bring some rock and roll energy back into the world. The band is comprised of a collection of some of the most intense side men in New York City’s vibrant music scene. Now, they plan to unleash their unique brand of rock and roll energy into the world whilst having fun in the process. Driven by passion and with creative vibes feeding into each other, Silver Tooth Cactus could very well be the injection of rock and roll energy post-pandemic world needs!

The Barons is a US alternative band comprised of lead singer and guitarist Peyton Alley, drummer Mathes Glymph, lead guitarist Josiah Ragland, and bassist Kirtland Gray. Forming in 2016, the Virginia natives’ repertoire include various sounds ranging from heavy-hitting indie rock to a lighter fair of introspective love songs. The band’s most recent record “rock! or go to the association.” embodies both the beauty and destruction that coexist in The Barons’ sound. The tunes have allowed The Barons amass a following among colleges on the East Coast as well as supporting alternative acts such as Judah & The Lion, The Aces, Barns Courtney, and Catfish and the Bottlemen.
