After an epic summer tour spreading Future Funk across the US and Canada, we’re finally bringing the groove back home to NYC for an exclusive affair with the one and only Engelwood, as we celebrate the release of his highly anticipated new album, "Turtleneck Tunes." Catch the vibes with us as the legend himself takes the stage for a celebratory set that will have us dancing all night. Yoi Toki is all about celebrating the sounds of Future Funk, a genre that blends retro anime aesthetics, the grooves of 70s Disco, Funk and Japanese City Pop, with modern electronic music production techniques. Emerging around the 2010s, this sound is designed for the dancefloor - a mix of past and present, creating a unique feel-good, upbeat, and energetic exeperience.
