Pixie Dust Pole & Aerial Fundraiser
Don't miss out on this live performance by Subtle Asian Polers! This fundraiser event will include pole and aerial performances and raffles for the audience!
Background
Subtle Asian Polers, a vibrant community dedicated to AAPI pole dancers, was created in September 2022. The core mission of this community is to cultivate inclusive spaces where individuals of color can foster connections and unleash their artistic expression. Over time, the community has evolved, welcoming allies and extending its reach to include aerialists. The vision also gave rise to Subtle Entertainment, providing opportunities for some members to perform professionally, thereby enhancing the presence of AAPI performers in the bustling artistic scene of New York City. Beyond pole and aerial arts, Subtle Asian Polers regularly hosts dynamic photoshoots, with aspirations to diversify its offerings further by incorporating models, grounded dancers, and other artistic disciplines.
Purpose
Subtle Asian Polers is seeking a nurturing haven where community members and allies can convene—a true home base. This envisioned space would ideally manifest as a studio, serving as a hub where pole dancers and aerialists alike can hone their craft, forge enduring connections, and cultivate a profound sense of belonging. Designed to welcome professionals, hobbyists, and content creators alike, this studio would be a vibrant sanctuary for all who seek to explore their passion for movement and artistry. What to Expect
